Project 365 – Day 39: I tried hookah for the first time

February 8 2013

I went to a hookah lounge for the first time with a couple of friends. It was actually for an assignment on newspaper, and I tagged along to let my friend use my camera. I ended up taking a lot of shots for myself, though. Man, talk about low light photography. Anyways, this just looked kinda cool.

I really like using my 50mm at f/1.4 I should use it more often, I think.

Project 365 – Day 15: My Canon camera and lenses

January 15, 2013

I’ve shown my photo printer, so why not show my camera? So here’s another picture from my cell phone (a HTC Evo V)!

A few months ago I bought myself a Canon EOS 60D to replace my T3 (which I got back in April). As you can see, I’ve got it with a 50mm f/1.4 prime lens and a Polaroid vertical battery grip attached. I’ve also got my two kit lenses that came with my T3: An 18-55mm zoom lens and a 75-300mm telephoto zoom lens.

Sorry for the more technical post, but I thought it would be interesting for you all to see what I take most of my pictures with.
